1. Financial Policy & Brokerage Role
Extended Auto operates strictly as an auto broker and intermediary connecting you to the best vehicle deals. We negotiate vehicle pricing and lease terms on your behalf from top auto groups to secure a rate that is highly competitive. The buyer does not pay Extended Auto directly. We are compensated directly by the selling auto group upon successful completion of a deal. Our brokerage fee is already built directly into the lease or finance terms you review. You possess the absolute right to decline any offer or refuse the deal prior to signing.
2. Limitation of Liability & Vehicle Condition
Extended Auto operates solely as a middleman. We do not manufacture, store, service, or warranty any vehicles. Once the vehicle is inspected, accepted, and the paperwork is signed by the customer, our role in facilitating the transaction is complete. Any post-delivery vehicle issues, including mechanical failures, warranty claims, or disputes involving a lemon vehicle, must be addressed directly with the manufacturer and the selling dealership. Extended Auto is not liable for any defects or issues you may face with the physical vehicle after delivery.
3. Dealership Paperwork & Legal Compliance
We do not internally handle the final legal aspects of credit approval, closing contracts, or generating temporary tags and registration. This is the sole purview of the selling dealership. If you face administrative or legal consequences due to the dealership's mishandling of paperwork, temporary tags, or DMV registration delays, Extended Auto holds absolutely no responsibility. You must contact the manufacturer or the selling dealership directly.
4. Accuracy of Information Provided
It is the customer's legal responsibility to provide fully accurate and truthful information during the application process. You agree to hold Extended Auto harmless and completely free of liability for any delays, financial losses, application rejections, or legal issues resulting from wrong or inaccurate information provided to us by you.
5. Consumer Choice & Right to Refuse
The customer has the absolute right to decline any negotiated offer and walk away before signing the final dealership paperwork. No binding financial obligation to the vehicle exists until the official dealership lease or loan agreements are executed by the customer at the time of delivery.
